Purpose

The Submissions tab gives you one consolidated table of every submission across your container program and all of its sub-programs. Four summary cards show totals at a glance, and you can search, filter by program and status, sort, and select rows — then open any submission for the full detail.

When you use it

  • To find a specific submission by title, author, or program across your whole category.
  • To see how many submissions are pending, accepted, or rejected in one place.
  • To narrow down to a single sub-program or a single status.
  • To open a submission's full record, or pick several to email their authors.

Walkthrough

  1. 1

Open the Multi-Program Chair Console, select your container, and open the Submissions tab.

  2. 2

Read the summary cards at the top: Total, Pending (submitted plus under review), Accepted, and Rejected.

  3. 3

Search by title, author name or email, or program name using the search box.

  4. 4

Narrow the list with the All Programs dropdown (the container or a single sub-program) and the status buttons (All, Submitted, Under Review, Accepted, Rejected) — each shows its count.

  5. 5

Sort by clicking the Title, Status, or Submitted column headers; click again to flip ascending/descending.

  6. 6

Click the view (eye) icon on a row to open that submission's full detail. To message authors, tick rows with the checkboxes and use Email Authors.

Tips

This table is read-and-route, not decide

The Submissions tab is for finding and inspecting submissions across your category. Proposal decisions that create sub-programs live in the Decisions tab; paper-level decisions inside a sub-program stay with that sub-program's PC chair.
