Workshop General Console
A map of the Workshop General Console — the oversight surface for the workshops container, where you coordinate across every workshop without running each one's day-to-day operations.
The Workshop General Console is the oversight surface for a conference's workshops container. It opens at /console/workshop-general and is available to whoever holds the Workshop General Chair (or Co-Chair) role.
It gives the workshops track a single coordinator: you can see every workshop under the container at a glance — its status and submission count — without taking over the per-workshop Program Chair work. Running an individual workshop (reviews, decisions, settings) still happens in that workshop's own Program Chair Console.
When you use it
Open this console when you're responsible for the workshops program as a whole — checking which workshops are still in draft, which are open, and where submissions are landing, then handing off into a specific workshop when you need to act on it.
The console

Pick a container. If you're General Chair on more than one conference's workshops, the console first shows a grid of container cards — choose the one you want. With access to a single container, it opens straight to it.

Review the workshops table. Each sub-workshop under the container is listed with its name, status (e.g. Draft, Open), and submission count, so you can see the whole track's progress in one place.

Open a workshop to act on it. Use the Open link on a row to jump into that workshop's Program Chair Console, where the per-workshop operations (reviews, decisions, settings) live.

Switch containers anytime with ← Back to containers to coordinate a different workshops track.
This console is intentionally read-and-route: it surfaces status across all workshops but doesn't manage a single workshop's reviewing or decisions. For that, open the workshop and use its Program Chair Console.
If you don't hold a Workshop General Chair role on any conference, the console tells you so. Roles are assigned by Conference Leadership during committee setup.
