Conference schedule
Browse the conference program as a timetable of time slots and parallel sessions, or as a week grid or list, filter by program kind, and read times in your own timezone.
The Schedule shows the whole conference program in one place. Inside the app
it opens from the sidebar's Schedule & Sessions at /schedule/<id>; the
public, sidebar-free copy lives at /c/<id>/schedule. Both show the same view.
Purpose
To browse the conference program — keynotes, talks, posters, demos, tutorials — across the whole event, and to switch between a day timetable, a week grid, and a flat list depending on how you like to scan.
When you use it
Use it to plan your days before and during the conference, to see which sessions run in parallel, to jump to a specific phase (like "Tutorials Day" or "Main Conference"), and to save the talks you want to attend to your personal agenda.

In the sidebar, open Schedule & Sessions and pick a conference card. The schedule opens inside the app, with All conferences to go back. You can also reach it from the conference home page or the portal's Schedule & Sessions quick action.

Pick a day with the date chips. In day view each row is a time slot; each column in that row is a session running in parallel, showing its time, its room (or an Online / Hybrid tag), and the talks inside it in order. Breaks, lunch, and social events span the whole row.

Switch to list for a compact version of the same day: sessions are grouped under the hour they start, one line each with the session name, its time period, and its room or online tag. Click a line to open the session.

Switch to week to see every day side by side. The header shows how many sessions and talks are in view and the active timezone.

Narrow the program with the All programs dropdown — filter to Keynotes, Oral, Posters, Demos, Invited talks, or Tutorials. Sessions of that type, or holding a matching talk, stay on the grid.

Use the phase chips to filter to a single conference phase. Opening a phase card from the home page pre-filters the schedule to that phase's dates (the header shows "filtered to ...").

Click a session name to open its session page, or a talk title to open the presentation and save it to My Agenda.
Tips
When many sessions run in parallel, a time-slot row scrolls horizontally so every session keeps a readable column.
The timezone selector only changes how times are displayed — it doesn't change the schedule itself. Set it once and every view (Day, Week, List) honors it.
If the schedule is empty or the page isn't available, the organizers haven't published the program or enabled the Presentation System yet. Check back closer to the event.
