Materials

Review the presentation materials authors submitted for accepted papers — slides, video, poster, and the paper PDF — for the whole conference in one table.

Purpose

The Materials sub-tab is a read-only overview of the presentation materials authors have submitted for every accepted paper across the conference: their slides, video, and poster, plus the paper PDF (the camera-ready version if one exists, otherwise the submitted one). Each file opens in a new tab with a View link. It also shows each paper's presentation mode (in-person / virtual) and materials status (Not Started / In Progress / Submitted).

This lives in the Presentation System — not the Program Chair Console — because presentation materials are an event-production concern that conference leadership owns.

When you use it

Use this sub-tab when preparing the on-site or virtual program: to confirm which accepted papers have uploaded their slides/video/poster, spot papers still missing materials before a deadline, and open any file to check it.

Walkthrough

  1. 1

Open the Conference Leadership Console, select your conference, open the Presentation System tab, and click the Materials sub-tab.

  2. 2

Use the status filters (All / Submitted / In Progress / Not Started) and the search box to narrow the list by paper, title, or author.

  3. 3

For any paper, click View in the Paper PDF, Slides, Video, or Poster column to open that file in a new tab. A dash (—) means nothing was uploaded for that type.

  4. 4

Check the Status column to see whether the author has submitted their materials, and the Submitted date for when they did.

Tips

Read-only oversight

This sub-tab is for reviewing what authors submitted — there's nothing to edit here. Authors upload and submit their materials from their own console; this is where leadership sees the results across the conference.

Paper PDF follows camera-ready

The Paper PDF column shows the camera-ready PDF when the paper has one, and falls back to the originally submitted PDF otherwise — so you always see the most final version on file.
