Submissions
The full, filterable list of your papers grouped by conference, with per-paper actions for viewing, editing, reviews, rebuttals, revisions, camera-ready, and presentation materials.
Purpose
The Submissions tab is the complete list of every paper you have submitted, grouped by conference. Each paper shows its current status and the actions available to you at this stage, so this is where you do the actual work of responding to reviews and uploading materials.
When you use it
- To browse or filter all of your submissions across conferences.
- To view or edit a submission, or download its PDF.
- To read released reviews and write a rebuttal during the rebuttal period.
- To submit a revision for a conditionally accepted paper.
- To upload camera-ready files and submit presentation materials for accepted papers.
Walkthrough
- 1
Open the Author Console and select the Submissions tab. Papers are grouped under a heading per conference, each with a count badge.
- 2
Narrow the list with the status filter (All, Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Revision Required, Revision Submitted, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn). The list paginates 20 papers at a time once you have many.
- 3
Read each paper's row: its submission number, title, a status or review-phase badge, and — once reviews exist — the reviewer count, average score, and rebuttal status.
- 4
Use the action buttons on the right. Always available: the PDF icon (when a main PDF exists) and Edit. Others appear based on stage — View Reviews / Rebuttal once reviews are released, Submit Revision when a revision is required or the paper was conditionally accepted, Camera-Ready and Presentation for accepted papers.
- 5
Click Show Details on a paper to expand its full status, paper number, author list, abstract, keywords, and any relevant deadlines.
- 6
To start a new paper, click New Submission (top right) — it opens the conference list so you can submit through a conference Portal. See Submitting a paper.
Tips
There is intentionally no withdraw button in this list — to avoid an accidental one-click withdrawal. To withdraw a paper, open it with Edit and use the Withdraw Submission button there.
The Presentation button stays available even after its deadline passes — but once late, the button turns amber and shows a Late badge until you submit. A check mark appears when your materials are in.
A proposal submitted to a multi-program (container) becomes a sub-program when accepted, so it never shows the Camera-Ready or Presentation buttons.
