Dashboard

Your at-a-glance view across all submissions — stat tiles, an Action Required list of papers waiting on you, and your upcoming deadlines.

Last updated: 2026-06-28

Purpose

The Dashboard is the landing tab of the Author Console. It rolls up every paper you have submitted into a single overview so you can see your standing and, most importantly, what needs you to act next.

When you use it

  • Every time you open the console, to orient yourself before diving in.
  • To see at a glance how many of your papers are submitted, under review, accepted, or rejected.
  • To find papers that are waiting on you — reviews to read, rebuttals to write, decisions to review.
  • To check which deadlines are coming up soonest.

Walkthrough

  1. 1

Open the Author Console. You land on the Dashboard.

  2. 2

Read the stat tiles across the top: Total, Submitted, Under Review, Accepted, Rejected, With Reviews, and Need Rebuttal. Each counts across all of your submissions.

  3. 3

Scan Action Required for papers that need you. Each row shows the paper, why it is listed (for example, reviews available to respond to, a rebuttal to continue, or a released decision), and a button — View Reviews, Continue, or View Details — that takes you to the right place. If you have nothing pending, you see an "All caught up!" message.

  4. 4

If there are more than five action items, click View all … items to jump to the Submissions tab where the full list lives.

  5. 5

Check Upcoming Deadlines for the next deadlines (rebuttal, withdrawal, camera-ready) sorted soonest first, each showing the date and days left.

Tips

Urgent deadlines turn red

A deadline three days away or less is highlighted in red on the Upcoming Deadlines list — treat those as your priority for the day.

The dashboard only shows the top items

Action Required shows up to five items and Upcoming Deadlines up to five deadlines. For the complete, filterable picture of every paper, use the Submissions tab.
