Camera-Ready
Monitor camera-ready submissions from accepted authors — copyright, files, registration, and presentation steps — from the Camera-Ready tab of the Program Chair Console.
Purpose
The Camera-Ready tab is where you track the final versions of accepted papers as their authors complete the camera-ready process. Every accepted paper appears as a row, and you can see how far each author has progressed through the four steps — copyright, files, registration, and presentation — along with the overall status, completion percentage, revision number, and submission date.
This is a Full-tier feature. It is primarily a monitoring view: you watch progress, open any submission for the full detail, and chase authors who haven't finished before the deadline.
When you use it
- After decisions are released, to confirm accepted authors are uploading their final, camera-ready files.
- To see, at a glance, who has not started, who is in progress, and who is awaiting your review.
- To check completion of the four required steps for each paper and the overall progress bar.
- To watch the camera-ready deadline and spot papers still incomplete as it approaches.
Walkthrough

Open the Program Chair Console, select your program, and open the Camera-Ready tab.

Read the status filter buttons and their counts: All, Not Started, In Progress, Pending, Revision, Approved, and Completed. Click one to filter the table.

Note the Deadline badge if a camera-ready deadline is set; it shows a red Passed badge once the date is behind you.

Find a paper with the Search... box (matches paper number, title, or author), and sort by clicking the Paper ID, Title, Status, Progress, or Submitted column headers.

Read each row: the Progress bar and percentage, the four numbered Steps circles (Copyright, Files, Registration, Presentation — filled with a checkmark when complete), the Revision version, and, for IEEE proceedings, the eCF copyright-form status.

Click the eye icon in the Actions column to open a paper's full camera-ready detail page for review.

Page through long lists with Previous and Next at the bottom (20 per page); the footer shows which submissions and page you are viewing.
Tips
Each paper's Steps column shows exactly which of the four parts an author still owes — copyright clearance, the camera-ready files, registration confirmation, and presentation mode. A paper sitting at In Progress with step 3 unfilled usually just needs the author to confirm registration.
If your conference publishes through IEEE, an extra eCF column tracks each paper's IEEE electronic copyright form (completed, pending, or not started). Conferences using other publishers won't see this column.
The Approve action (the checkmark icon shown on papers that are pending review) currently opens a placeholder reading "Approve functionality coming soon" — confirm whether approving, requesting revisions, and downloading the camera-ready PDF directly from this table are available before documenting them as working actions.
