This Code of Conduct is established to foster open exchange of ideas, freedom of thought and expression, and respectful scientific debatewhile ensuring every participant receives dignified treatment. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where all members can contribute meaningfully to the community.

All participants must follow these guidelines, including:

These guidelines apply at all venues, workshops, social events, and official communication channels including social media.
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment and Discrimination
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Offensive comments related to age, race, religion, creed, color, gender (including transgender/gender identity/gender expression), sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
- Intimidation, threats, or personal attacks
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
Unprofessional Behavior
- Stalking or following others without consent
- Inappropriate photography or recording
- Use of images, activities, or materials that are sexual, racial, or otherwise offensive in nature
- Disruptive conduct during presentations or discussions
- False claims about the organization or its members
Scientific Misconduct
- Fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism of paper submissions
- Misrepresentation in research presentations, demos, exhibits, or posters
- Failure to disclose conflicts of interest
Virtual Disruption
- Zoom bombing or similar virtual disruptions
- Any virtual activity unrelated to the topic that undermines the program's purpose
Enforcement and Consequences
Violators may face one or more of the following consequences:
- Formal warning
- Expulsion from the event without refund
- Ban from future conferences and events
- Report to institutional authorities
- Referral to law enforcement when appropriate
Important: A response of "just joking" is not an acceptable defense.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately. All reports will be handled with discretion and investigated within 24 hours during events.
